How do I return/exchange my product(s)?

Returns are accepted within 7 days, it should meet the following conditions
Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
The product has to be in its original condition
Reason for return has to be valid

How do I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled directly from the registered account. You can request that through email at with your order number for any cancellations to be made within 15 minutes from the order placed.
Once order enters the advanced shippig process, we will not be able to cancel it.
Your orders can also be cancelled if team finds your payments have not been received.

Return/ Exchange Policy:

If you received the item & would like to return or exchange it for any reason, you can do so by sending a request on within 7 days from receiving the order.
If you received the item & decided to return or exchange it within 7 days, you will be charged for return/exchange shipping fees based on your city and the rest of the money will be refunded to you
